This community outreach event on the Salt Lake City Public Safety Building Plaza downtown brings some 1,200 Salt Lake City school students for an afternoon of trick-or-treating and Halloween fun. Each unit throughout the SLCPD hosts a decorated table with an activity.

Other activities/attractions include Earth Wings (bring Owl),bug Lady etc. Students leave with bags of treats, gifts and a book donated by Friends of the Salt Lake City Library.
